These programs are a reflection of what has worked for me in my own fitness journey. They are quite literally a copy and paste of what I have been doing consistently over the course of my several years of trial and error while training. While I hope it helps guide and inspire you, results can vary for each person; These programs are built to bring the best out of yourself as that is all anyone can ever do. Full Body Program

This is a complete full-body training system that includes every workout in this program (Arm Day, Back Day, and Chest Day) plus a dedicated Legs & Abs program too.

Rather than reinventing movements or adding random exercises, this routine brings everything together into one cohesive system that hits every major muscle group efficiently and intentionally. Nothing is missing, and nothing is duplicated for the sake of volume.

The Full Body structure allows you to:

Arm Day

This is the only workout in the program designed to stand completely on its own.

Arm Day trains shoulders, biceps, and triceps in one focused session using simple, proven movements taken to true technical failure. The structure prioritizes clean execution, minimal but effective volume, and clear progression rules so every set has a purpose.

This workout is built from years of trial and error, refining what actually worked for me since I began training. Over time, I’ve dialed in the curl techniques, elbow paths, and movement patterns that allowed me to get more out of each session without adding unnecessary volume.

What to expect:

  • Single-arm and alternating patterns to eliminate imbalances

  • Strict execution and controlled failure for maximum tension

  • Sequencing that protects elbows and joints while still pushing intensity

  • Techniques refined through trial and error to get more out of curls, extensions, and raises

Other workouts in the program (Back Day, Chest Day, and Full-Body Day) are intentionally shorter and simpler so they can be mixed into different splits. Arm Day doesn’t need to be paired with anything else, it’s complete by design.

Back Day

Back Day is a high-output, back-focused workout designed to build strength, endurance, and lean muscle mass through intentional volume and controlled execution.

This is a lot of work…on purpose. The session is structured to push the back through multiple angles and patterns so the lats, upper back, and erectors are forced to adapt. The goal isn’t comfort or quick pump work, it’s sustained tension, clean reps, and earning every set.

This workout is built from years of trial and error, refining grip choices, elbow paths, sequencing, and rest periods to get the most out of longer sessions without losing execution quality. The volume is effective volume, meaning every exercise earns its place and contributes to the overall stimulus.

What to expect:

  • Multiple pulling angles to challenge the back through lengthened positions

  • High total workload performed with disciplined form

  • Grip, elbow path, and body position adjustments to keep tension on the lats and upper back

Chest Day

Chest Day is a simple, highly effective chest workout built around movements that actually matter.

This session focuses on pressing strength, controlled tension, and full-range chest engagement without excessive complexity or unnecessary volume. Every exercise is chosen because it consistently delivers results when performed with proper execution and intent.

This workout is built from years of trial and error, narrowing chest training down to the movements and setups that allowed me to make the most progress without overcomplicating sessions or piling on fatigue.

What to expect:

  • Proven pressing movements that carry over to real strength gains

  • Strategic machine and dumbbell work to load the chest without excessive joint stress

Hey, I’m Julian — most people know me online as JulianXF1tness. I was born June 16, 2006 and am 100% natural. In addition to that, I’m a devout Orthodox Christian as well as an aspiring bodybuilder chasing the dream of one day stepping on the Mr. Olympia stage.

I started training in my bedroom at 14 years old with nothing but determination and a vision. Since then, I’ve transformed not only my body but my mindset as well and believe the same process can bring out the very best version of anyone.

I’m not a licensed trainer, but I’ve built experience helping friends, family, and others reach their goals by sharing what I’ve learned. For me, this journey is bigger than just lifting weights, it’s about discipline, consistency, faith, and living my life to the absolute fullest.

  • Family first, bodybuilding second. Strength isn’t about how much weight you can lift, but instead how much you can overcome
